A Baby Girl For Ryan & Claire

Well it was a hectic weekend for speedy winger Ryan Johnson.

Firstly he scores our only goal in our 2-1 defeat on Saturday. Then after a night spent in maternity with long time girlfriend Claire Goldby at 8.40 am (27th April 08), Ryan became the proud father of a 7lb 3oz daughter Ellie Johnson.

On behalf of all at Gedling Miners Welfare FC Committee, Management and Players, I would like to congratulate Claire and Ryan on this great news and wish Ellie the very best of health.

Look forward to seeing Claire and Ellie at a game next season (Watching Ryan of cause)
